“Snow, a very disagreeable day.
Attended the afternoon services. it is extremely cold. There was only about fifty five present. Evening cleared away. but still very cold. attended meeting had Mr. John Staples company home, but a few present.”                                           -Hattie E.F. D.

  1. Certainly a different time – I’m sure many churches today would be happy with 55 congregants at a Sunday service. Do we know which church she attended? I love the stained glass photo – wish we could have taken a bit of it with us. The texture and colors were amazing. Never dimmed.
